Under the direction of The Studio GM, the F&B Supervisor is a hands-on leader who is responsible for the daily operations of Saint Kate's food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional guest service, quality, and operational excellence. Recognized as one of Milwaukee's most esteemed hotels with an elite award repertoire, Saint Kate The Arts Hotel offers a modern, luxury experience with artistic flair. With a prime location in Milwaukee's Theater District, Saint Kate serves as a creative hub for the city, where every aspect of the hotel is inspired by music, painting, sculpture, and design. What You Will Be Doing

• Ability to work all front-of-house positions, including Server, Server Assistant, and Host.
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff during assigned shifts.
• Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of associates.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout each shift.
• Operate the POS system and complete required sales and operational reporting.
• Assist with labor control, inventory management, and supply ordering.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient service and proper staffing levels.
• Assist in executing special events and group functions.
• Complete shift reports highlighting sales, guest feedback, and operational updates.
• Communicate associate performance, training needs, and operational concerns to leadership.
• Remain calm and effective during high-volume periods and emergencies.
• Support and enforce all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or a related service industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurants and food & beverage operations.
• Ability to train, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive work environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and leadership.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and high level of guest service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, and twisting.
