About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Part Time Receptionist
• Pay Rate Range: $22.00-$23.00/hr
• Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday–Friday but scheduled on a week-to-week basis.
• Shift Hours: Potential hours will be Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm on a very part-time basis that will vary from week to week. Averaging about 4 to 8 hours a week but could be up to 40 hours when extra coverage is needed. Average hours would be 4 to 8 hours per week but there will be weeks when no hours are scheduled.
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Looking for a friendly and reliable Part Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company and be the back up to our full-time Receptionist where there is a need for them to be out of the office or away from their desk.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills as well as experience using the Microsoft office suite.
• Organized and dependable.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner.
• Create and distribute security badges.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Coordinate catered lunches for meetings.
• Restock beverages, etc.
• Respond to emails and basic inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Manage visitors, building access, and related communication.
• Assist with basic administrative and office tasks.
• Provide general support to staff and customers.
