What to Expect Recruiting Coordinators are recognized as experts in organization and adaptability, who are dedicated to ensuring all candidates have a positive and lasting impression of Tesla. This position supports scheduling a high volume of interviews for a variety of business units across North America and facilitating onsite candidates at Tesla's sites in Palo Alto. The most successful Coordinators are those who can efficiently navigate last‑minute changes and a high volume of requests, while continuing to deliver an exceptional experience to all partners and candidates. What You'll Do Play a crucial role within a fast‑paced Recruiting team, working to coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews.
