Qualifications:

• Must hold either a full psychologist license or temporary/full approval as a School Psychologist by the Michigan Department of Education
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with general education teams
• Recent experience working with school-age children
• Up-to-date competencies in multidisciplinary assessments and interventions
• Solid understanding of curriculum design and behavioral support strategies
• Preferred: Experience supporting students in Special Education settings

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing input and documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop supportive interventions
• Monitor students’ progress and effectiveness of implemented strategies
• Serve as a resource in behavioral management and crisis intervention
• Provide counseling, consultation, and resources for K-12 students and faculty as needed
