Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a full psychologist license, or have Temporary or Full Approval by the Michigan Department of Education as a School Psychologist
• Professional approach that encourages collaborative work with general education staff
• Background in working with school-aged children
• Proficiency in multidisciplinary assessment practices
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and behavioral support systems
• Preferred: Experience serving Special Education populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for a diverse, K-12 caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement interventions
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support data-driven decision making to ensure student progress and well-being
• Offer guidance on behavioral strategies and social-emotional supports
• Advocate for students’ individual needs and help foster an inclusive learning environment
