Product Assembly Associate IV

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday - 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Position Summary:
The Product Assembly Associate IV will primarily assemble wooden furniture for houses of worship, higher education facilities and healthcare facilities.
This role would also encompass the designated backup for the Production Leader in the cell or department.
Product Assembly of complex products
Framing wood components
Fabricating
Upholstering
Prep and subassembly work
Base assembly
Responsible for the quality of the end product
May be cross-trained on other general assembly jobs
Position Requirements:
- Attention to fine detail/ must be detail-oriented
- Regular lifting and maneuvering and positioning of product up to 75 lbs.
- Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting.
- Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Able to use handheld power tools with accuracy and precision.
- Able to assist in training employees
- 5-S audits and daily cleaning
- Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
- Product Assembly experience required
- Leadership skills preferred
