You Have: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in an Agile role supporting development or data teamsExperience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogsExperience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Confluence and engaging with stakeholders at various levelsAbility to communicate requirements, manage scope, and maintain alignment between stakeholder needs and team capacityAbility to be proactive and operate in a dynamic environmentTS/SCI clearanceHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have: Experience supporting intelligence environments or supporting defense-related programs, including those related to CWMDExperience working on classified systemsKnowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFeKnowledge of DoW CWMD policies, strategies, and doctrineKnowledge of the operations planning process such as MDMP and JOPPAbility to foster collaboration across various teamsAbility to pay strict attention to detailPossession of excellent communication and relationship-building skillsBachelor's degree in an IT-related fieldClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.  CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
