This role is critical to ensuring our fleet of campervans is maintained at the highest standards, enabling our customers to embark on unforgettable journeys./ppAs an RV Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of our San Francisco team and work with the North American and your primary responsibility is to maintain our campervans available at all times and at the highest possible condition, contributing to an efficient operation and customer satisfaction. If you like solving mechanical problems, having immediate impact on objectives and are motivated to be part of a mission-driven team, we invite you to bring your expertise to our organization./ppWhat Will You Work On?/ppReporting directly to the local leader, your primary responsibility will be executing all processes and procedures related to that objective, namely:/pulliConduct systematic inspection to vehicles and diagnose problems on vehicles mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems./liliPerform maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including:/liulliPreventive and corrective maintenance/liliLight bodywork repairs that involve spare parts replacement (lightbulbs, windows, side mirrors)/liliCampervan spare parts substitution and repairs/liliCampervan appliances troubleshooting and repairs/liliMaintain and develop the relationships with external partners/liliCoordinating the execution of vehicles interventions with external suppliers and regional teams/liliMaintain all vehicle information systems updated according to the established procedures/liliMove campervans to and from local vendors, parking facilities or other depots/liliMaintain depot equipment and spare parts organized and clean/liliMaintain spare parts inventory systems updated at all times/li/ulliAs part of the local team, you will also be part of the daily operations of the depot and will execute tasks related to that effect, namely:/liulliPreparation of vehicles and equipment for customers/liliAssist with handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs/liliReceive and collect shipments and supplies, organize them in storage area, register item consumption and new orders/liliMaintain depot equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot/li/ul/ulpWho Are We Looking For?/pulliEducation or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics technical or a similar program in the automotive industry/liliAt least 1+ years of experience with hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs - experience in campervans is a plus/liliYou must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
