- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and maintain a stock of necessary tools, parts, and supplies.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and HVAC.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform various manual tasks.
- Certifications related to maintenance work (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are a plus.
