Skilled Laborer (METAL BUILDINGS)

$21-$24/hr | YEAR-ROUND WORK | STEADY HOURS

Looking for a leadership role where you can stay hands-on? We're hiring a Laborer Foreman to help build pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) . If you can read prints, work with tools, and lead by example, this is a solid long-term opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Help build and install metal buildings

• Read blueprints and layout materials

• Cut, stage, and bolt structural components together

• Use hand tools and power tools daily

• Work from lifts and elevated platforms

• Keep jobs moving and help direct the crew

• Follow OSHA and safety requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• 2+ years of construction experience

• Ability to read blueprints

• Experience with hand and power tools

• Comfortable working at heights

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and leadership ability

BONUS SKILLS

• PEMB or steel building experience

• Structural steel experience

• Welding experience (MIG or Stick)

• Experience with lifts and structural assembly

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gretna, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
