Key Objectives Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests. Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to customers regarding products, orders, and services. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Responsibilities Respond promptly and effectively to customer questions via phone, email, and other communication channels. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Track and follow up on outstanding customer requests to ensure resolution. Assist in the development and improvement of customer service policies and procedures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions. Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred. Experience working in a multicultural environment is advantageous.
