You’ll be the voice of ProCare—supporting patients, families, and healthcare partners with professionalism and empathy.

• Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer support
• Make outbound calls to coordinate care, follow up, and solve issues
• Take orders and accurately enter data into our systems
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers to ensure timely service
• Troubleshoot equipment issues over the phone
• Educate customers on the right medical equipment for their needs
• Communicate across departments to keep everything running smoothly
• Support patients and providers through fast, effective problem-solving

• You have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office is a must)
• You type quickly and accurately
• You know how to de-escalate tough conversations with confidence and empathy
• You’re comfortable on the phone and communicate clearly
• You genuinely enjoy helping people

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
