What We’re Looking For: You’re licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar You have at least 3 years of litigation experience handling personal injury cases No prior or pending disciplinary actions or malpractice history You're confident in negotiations and skilled in the courtroom What You’ll Do: As a Litigation Attorney at Demand The Limits, you’ll play a critical role in a high-energy, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment where we hold ourselves to the highest standards—pushing to deliver unreasonable customer service and get 1% every day. You won’t be doing it alone: you'll collaborate with skilled attorneys, paralegals, and support teams who are all aligned with the same mission—delivering exceptional legal results while treating clients like family. While you’ll be expected to take ownership of your cases and lead them through the litigation process, you’ll also benefit from a team structure that supports you at every stage. We believe that success is a team sport, and we’ve built our systems around that belief. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients empathetically, clearly, and consistently Offer sound legal advice while leading and mentoring support staff Handle demands, offers, and negotiations with insurance companies Draft compelling legal documents including complaints, motions, and briefs Attend and argue motions at hearings and pre-trial proceedings Take and defend discovery and trial depositions Prepare for and attend mediations Lead trial prep and represent clients confidently in the courtroom when necessary Please note that this is a production-based role with high earning potential. Base pay is between $100,000-$140,000 depending on experience with an estimated total compensation between $250,000-$500,00 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
