About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Value-Based Finance to take on the enterprise ownership of financial performance within a risk-based business model. This hands-on executive leadership role is pivotal in driving the economic performance of value-based contracts, measuring and managing financial risk, and ensuring that these factors are integrated into the company's planning and strategy. The successful candidate will be a strategic influence with deep analytical rigor, serving as the primary financial authority on value-based care economics and directly impacting payer strategy, contract structure, and organizational risk appetite. Key responsibilities include leading FP&A processes, advanced data engagement, and executive-level financial governance, as well as leading a small team of analysts and setting high standards for analytical rigor and business impact.
