About the Role
The Company is seeking an Enterprise Sales VP for Labor and Trust to join its mission of transforming the U.S. healthcare system. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's footprint with large labor health and welfare funds through direct sales. This role demands an individual with a proven track record in deep sales, particularly in the health benefits sector, and a strong preference for those with experience in selling to labor and Taft-Hartley funds. The role is highly demanding and requires a candidate who is energized by a mission with measurable outcomes and is adept at engaging with AI tools to enhance their work. The company values individuals who are driven by the intensity of their work and are committed to making a real impact. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 7 years of sales experience, and a deep understanding of the intricacies of labor and Taft-Hartley funds. Key responsibilities include owning the direct sales cycles, selling to boards of trustees, and supporting the development of new strategic relationships. The role is for a high-impact individual who can establish and cultivate high-level relationships, is data literate, and has a proven ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights. The candidate should be adept at developing and executing sales strategies, with a focus on long-term success, and be prepared to work in a demanding, yet rewarding, environment.
