About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening prospecting effectiveness, sales skills, and business development best practices across the U.S. hunter team. This includes leading and developing the business development organization, creating a culture of accountability and high performance, and ensuring the team is focused on new customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role also involves establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving the X-Selling initiative to accelerate growth across the company's full suite of services. Applicants for the Vice President of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced business degree preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of progressive sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies, entering new markets, and expanding commercial presence. Experience in strategic planning, competitive intelligence, M&A, and developing integrated customer roadmaps is essential. The role requires a commercial leader with advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and a strong ability to leverage data and technology for revenue growth. The candidate must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time and be adept at managing complex, multi-million-dollar sales opportunities and enterprise-level customer relationships.
