This role involves supervising field teams, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining quality control. The Field Supervisor will act as a key point of contact between the field staff and management, ensuring seamless communication and operational success.Supervise and support field crews, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications and deadlinesConduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulationsTrain, mentor, and evaluate field employees to enhance performance and maintain quality standardsCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to streamline operations and resolve challengesMaintain accurate records of project progress, employee performance, and safety incidentsEnsure proper use and maintenance of company equipment and toolsAssist in scheduling labor and allocating resources effectively to meet project demandsEnforce company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations on job sitesCommunicate updates, concerns, and solutions to leadership, providing recommendations for process improvementsAt least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within construction, restoration, or a related fieldStrong understanding of job site operations, safety standards, and quality controlAbility to lead, train, and motivate field teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and field management softwareStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAll offers of employment are contingent upon a drug panel and a background checkValid Driver's License is requiredYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
