Regional Medical Director, Post-Acute & SNF Leadership

Theoria Medical seeks a physician leader to serve as Regional Medical Director (RMD), providing strategic oversight across post-acute care and senior living communities. The RMD will drive clinical excellence, quality outcomes, provider performance, and value-based care initiatives within the region while overseeing Medical Directors and provider teams.
