About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Managing Director to serve as the senior executive leader responsible for driving market performance across the assigned region. The successful candidate will be the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor to franchisees, providing end-to-end leadership of regional franchise operations and shaping comprehensive development strategies. This role requires the ability to align corporate and field teams, build strong partnerships, and proactively identify growth opportunities to accelerate sales performance and expand market share. The Regional Managing Director will also be accountable for ensuring the brand's representation, protection, and the implementation of development strategies in both emerging and established markets. Applicants for the Regional Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience. The role demands a proven track record in leading people and cross-functional teams, as well as strong communication, presentation, and management skills.
