Our Technology team are looking for an experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst to join the team.

What You Will Be Doing
- Working on the Tech Bar providing 1st line technical support via phone and email, resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Log all incidents and requests and ensure that they are appropriately prioritized and assigned to the relevant team for resolution.
- Monitor and escalate incidents to the relevant team or external vendor where required, including rasing of problem tickets when required.
- Liaise with other teams and departments to ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.
- Identify and escalate any potential problems or issues to the Service Desk Manager.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their incidents and requests.
Your Skills and Experience
- 2 -3 years of experience in IT Support role
- An understanding of the ITIL V4/5 Framework
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to pivot and work under pressure
- Diagnose/resolve incidents, including networking, server and desktop issues
- Support Microsoft Azure, Office 365
- Document solutions within Service Now / Write KB's
- Provide on site and Remote and on sight support
- A proactive attitude and eager
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer focused
- The willingness to "get stuck in"
