Shift Leads assume the responsibility for managing the restaurant when the AGM or GM are out of the building.

Running Great Front of House Shifts

Responsibilities:

• Follow Illegal Pete's preparations guide and ensure the food quality is at its highest possible level.
• Abide by all company policy.
• Come to work with a good attitude.
• Be willing to help out with any aspect of the store that is needed during your shift.
• Provide that food and beverage quality is at its highest level by knowing all preparation standards for all food and drinks.
• Be prompt and ready to work when you are scheduled.
• Communicate with Shift Supervisors, AGM or GM about improving the store or making your job better.
• Stay busy keeping your area as well as the entire restaurant clean and tidy.

MORE MONEY $29.62 - $31.72 per hour including tips!

We believe in paying a Living Wage and that's why your base rate plus tips will allow you to make more than any other fast casual around. Base rate starting at $20.87 depending on experience, skill, and/or education. All in benefits and pay up to $74,000 per year!

Requirements

Requirements of the job:

• Create an atmosphere that celebrates individuality and relaxed human connection
• Deliver excellent guest service
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
• Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
