In this residency role, you will provide safe, patient-centered care to a diverse adult population in a fast-paced, acute care setting. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you will perform patient assessments, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, support care plans, and document in the EHR. You’ll receive structured orientation, ongoing education, and mentorship while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a compassionate, patient-first environment.
