Radiation Oncology Physician - Beckley, WV

Schedule: 3 weeks on / 1 week off or 2 weeks per month

Licenses/Certs: Board Certification, West Virginia License, DEA, BLS, ACLS, HDR certification preferred
Experience: Willing to license; prior radiation oncology experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $331.50 (per hour, all-inclusive)

What You'll Do

Provide radiation therapy for cancer patients in a dedicated oncology department
Support staff including Rad techs, APPs, and RNs
Manage approximately 18-25 patients receiving radiation therapy per day
Conduct 3 new patient consults daily and oversee ongoing radiation treatments
Perform HDR procedures and other specialized treatments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need

Active West Virginia medical license and DEA registration
Board Certification in Radiation Oncology
Minimum experience: Willing to license; prior experience preferred
Key skills: Patient-centered care, teamwork, adherence to protocols, HDR procedures
