Key ResponsibilitiesManage the order fulfillment process from forecast, manufacturing slot request, booking closure and shipment for multiple customers or regions.Escalate to Account Team management as needed to resolve booking or revenue issues. Report on status of commitments including forecasts, tool issues, customer issues, and source inspections to Customer(s).Initiate customer requested inside lead-time change requests for approvalsPrepare and execute demand planning reviews; size factory build plan for future customer ordersManage employees and budget for multiple customers or regionsRecommend and implement business process improvements to increase efficiencyManage special projects and key customer initiatives as requiredFunctional KnowledgeDemonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job familiesBusiness ExpertiseApplies in-depth understanding of how own discipline integrates within the segment/function LeadershipManages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources Problem SolvingIdentifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems ImpactImpacts the business results of a team or area by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies and developing policies and plansGuided by business unit, department or sub-functional business plansInterpersonal SkillsInfluences others internally and externally, including senior managementPosition requires understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards at all times.
