CRM Associate

As an associate on the CRM marketing team, you’ll play an instrumental role in how SeatGeek communicates with its customers and clients. You’ll be experimenting with email, push, and SMS marketing programs of every flavor – lifecycle, triggered, periodic, ad‑hoc, etc. You’ll help project‑manage and deploy our retention messaging strategy at every stage, including template design and markup, QA, segmentation and campaign configuration, as well as follow‑up reporting and optimization. Whether one of our fans is a soccer fanatic or a theater enthusiast, you’ll help make sure we leverage everything at our disposal to get each fan the best possible message and guide them to an amazing live event experience. What you'll do Own end‑to‑end strategy, execution, and analysis for sports CRM campaigns across Email, Push, and SMS Partner cross‑functionally with Creative, Product, Marketing, and Analytics to develop, optimize, and scale lifecycle and retention programs using automation, segmentation, and personalization Design and execute A/B tests across channels, analyze results, and share actionable insights and learnings with the broader marketing team Manage and maintain the CRM calendar, prioritizing and triaging incoming campaign requests Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform strategy and identify new opportunities What you have 3+ years of experience in CRM, Email, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing High proficiency and hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Simon Data) and multi‑channel campaign execution (Email, Push, SMS) Exceptional attention to detail that can catch even the most minor mistake Experience with A/B testing and analyzing results to inform campaign decisions Proactive self‑starter with ownership mentality, that is always ideating more ways to be operationally efficient and scale marketing programs Clear, effective communicator with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills Strong project management and organizational skills Perks Discretionary annual bonus Flexible work environment, allowing you to work as many days a week in the office as you’d like or 100% remotely A WFH stipend to support your home office setup Unlimited PTO Up to 16 weeks of fully‑paid family leave 401(k) matching Student loan matching program Health, vision, dental, and life insurance Up to $25k towards family building, reproductive health services and Gender‑affirming care $500 per year for wellness expenses Subscriptions to Headspace (meditation), Headspace Care (therapy), and One Medical $120 per month to spend on tickets to live events Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon music The salary range for this role is $63,000 - $92,000 USD. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
