In this role you will be the welcoming face of our office — managing front desk operations, coordinating high-volume communications, and supporting recruitment administration from new-hire paperwork to ATS updates. This is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM position with weekly pay starting at $14–$16/hr and great benefits available! Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred; staffing agency experience is a major plus. • Bilingual in English and Spanish required. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Exceptional communication skills with a high level of empathy and strong organizational habits. • Ability to manage high-volume phone activity and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities: • Serve as the welcoming face of the office — greet walk-ins, schedule interviews, and guide applicants through their initial visit. • Screen incoming calls, transfer calls as needed, and make high-volume outbound calls consistently. • Process new-hire paperwork and verify employment eligibility including I-9s, background checks, and drug screenings. • Keep talent pools, contact details, and worker availability updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Proactively handle call-outs and no-shows, document reasons, and determine appropriate next steps. • Monitor office supplies, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain a polished and professional lobby.
