Location: Palm Beach

Full-Time | Onsite | Travel Between Locations Required

ABOUT DIANE FIRSTEN

Diane Firsten is a luxury women's clothing brand. Her brand is built around other collections that she has carefully curated. Diane has two boutiques, one in Cincinnati, Ohio and one in Palm Beach, Florida. This is a position for a talented, business-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment. It is all about running a successful luxury fashion company of 35 years.

This is an onsite role based in Palm Beach, with travel between Palm Beach and Cincinnati as business requires. 

POSITION & VENDOR MANAGEMENT

• Maintain knowledge of current in store merchandise, fabric availability from DF factories and stock lists from our main luxury brands
\n
• Having great relationships and communicate with vendors daily
\n
• Oversee all special orders from start to finish
\n
• Track all stock shipments and special orders daily
\n
• Maintain and organize vendor files, contacts and all documentation regarding company operations
\n

PURCHASE ORDER MANAGEMENT

\n
• Oversee all seasonal and immediate reorders from placement to delivery, including confirmations, changes, and cancellations
\n
• Identify discrepancies and resolve all issues
\n
• Create and maintain seasonal order books for both stores
\n
• Daily calls with Diane and store management teams to communicate order updates and all issues
\n
• Communicate daily with the E-Commerce manager and weekly with our social media team
\n

BILLING & PAYMENTS

\n
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices
\n
• Prepare vendor payments and wire transfer information
\n

Highly organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and exceptionally dependable

·     Excellent written and verbal skills

·     Strong follow-through and accountability

·     Experience supporting an executive, business owner and the ability to work with a small team in a fast-paced environment

·     Multi-tasking – the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

·     Strong problem-solving skills anticipating needs and working proactively

·     Business management background with a proficiency with apple products not HP
