We’re growing our long-term field team — not staffing a one-off job — with steady work from project to project and no seasonal layoffs.A day in the lifeAs a traveling industrial electrician, you’ll arrive on-site ready to transform a distribution center. You’ll bend and install EMT and rigid conduit, pull and land power and control conductors, set up VFDs, align sensors and photo eyes, complete motor terminations, and bring systems online using electrical drawings. You’ll rotate through projects nationwide and fly home every 3–4 weeks.What you’ll tackleInstall EMT/rigid conduit with clean bends and precise supportsRun, label, and terminate control wiring for conveyor equipmentComplete motor terminations and verify rotationMount, wire, and commission VFDs, sensors, and photo eyesRead and interpret electrical schematics and layout drawingsCollaborate with project leads to keep schedules on trackConveyor experience is a plus, but not required.What you bringSolid industrial electrical backgroundHands-on electrical installation and troubleshooting skillsExperience installing electrical panelsComfort reading electrical schematics and drawingsFluency with control wiring, motor terminations, and device setup (VFDs, sensors, photo eyes)What you’ll get$38–$70/hr DOEPlenty of overtime$150+/day per diemFlights, mileage, hotels, and all travel expenses coveredFlights home every 3–4 weeksSteady, year-round workClear paths to Lead, Foreman, Commissioning, or PM rolesWhy ASEUnlike many contractors, we bring everything under one roof — our own UL508A panel shop, engineering, programming, service, and field installation teams.
