Government Affairs Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Government Affairs Analyst will collaborate with federal stakeholders to analyze and communicate federal initiatives impacting the organization, while developing policy positions to support advocacy efforts. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Federal Affairs leadership and stakeholders to advance organizational priorities Track, analyze, and summarize relevant federal legislation and regulations, communicating findings to business leaders Provide technical support regarding federal guidance and act as a subject matter expert for implementation activities Required qualifications J.D. strongly preferred; Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of five years' experience requiring independent judgment and initiative Previous experience in a managed care setting and/or regulatory environment preferred Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid preferred Health care and/or public policy degree strongly preferred
