Key responsibilities Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user management and permissions, following ITSM best practices Configure and integrate ServiceNow modules tailored to healthcare operations, ensuring seamless data exchange Monitor system performance, apply upgrades, and resolve platform issues to maintain reliability and compliance with healthcare regulations Required qualifications ServiceNow Administrator certification preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, ideally in a healthcare environment Demonstrated expertise in configuring and integrating ServiceNow ITSM modules Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH
