Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Job Type: Full-Time and in-person Job Description Join Our Team as a Legal Assistant in Las Vegas, NV! Taxi Management, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional Legal Assistant. We defend personal injury matters related to automobile accidents. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the litigation process. Expectations Provide legal and administrative support to the General Counsel office and outside counsel. Assist in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery (propounding and responding), notices, correspondence, and hearing packets. Maintain and organize legal case files with accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate legal deadlines, track case timelines for legal counsel, and manage calendars using Outlook. Limited research. E-file documents using Odyssey and PACER; redact and Bates Stamp evidence as needed. Coordinate with experts and provide documentation to same. Education & Experience Degree or certificate in Legal Studies Minimum 4 years of experience as a legal assistant or similar role in a legal or government setting. At least 6 months of litigation support or demonstrated proficiency with Odyssey and PACER e-filing platforms. Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check (No misdemeanors or felonies.) Must be able to pass a Drug Test (Zero Tolerance for all drugs.) Skills Strong understanding of Legal terminology and document formatting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Proficient in Odyssey and PACER e-filing High level attention to detail and confidentiality Strong Time management and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Taxi Management, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
