The City of Saint Charles is seeking a full-time Human Resource Generalist to perform general HR functions within the Human Resources Department. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits processes in a fast-paced city government environment. Ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to confidential information, experience with full-cycle recruiting, HRIS, and strong communication.
