Location: 1349 West Peachtee Street NW, Atlanta GA

Must be a US citizen and fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Primary Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Machine configuration/Software break-fix (Windows Os-Apple IOS)
Deskside support services (deskside and remote)
Hardware break/fix (Client-Dell-Apple). Onsite hardware repair
Client incident updates (in person/on the phone/ Service Now)
Process parts ordering and returns

Top 2 Required Skills That Candidates Must Have:

A+ and deskside support experience

Overall Years Of Experience:

2+ years

Specific Certifications Or Education:

A+ certification

Work Schedule:

M-F, 8-5
