Commercial IT Business Partner

Serving as the strategic technology liaison between IT and the Commercial organization, the full-time Commercial IT Business Partner will manage technology investments and processes to enhance growth and effectiveness while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain a multi-year commercial technology roadmap aligned with business growth strategies Lead enablement and optimization of commercial systems across the lead to cash lifecycle Act as the functional owner for Salesforce, driving requirements and overseeing integrations with downstream platforms Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in IT Business Partnering or Commercial Systems within Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Operations Strong knowledge of the commercial technology ecosystem and lead to cash processes Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud required; experience with CPQ and Service Cloud preferred) Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields Demonstrated line management experience, including coaching and team development
