This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday through Friday. No weekend or call requirements.

Job Description

The Oncology Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with outpatient oncology experience to join our team. The role involves coordination of patient care, education, and follow-up, while working in a triage capacity. Nurses will engage with patients regarding their care plans, handle phone triage, and provide patient education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and communicate with providers.
• Conduct phone triage and patient education sessions.
• Assist with outcome tracking and follow-up appointments.
• Handle clinical administrative tasks related to oncology care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient oncology experience.
• Required certifications: BLS.
• EPIC charting system experience is required.
• Must bring own stethoscope to the facility.
