ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my State Farm agency in 2019 after spending several years working for State Farm Corporate, where I developed a strong understanding of the company's mission and how to best serve customers. I hold an MBA and live here with my wife, our two boys, and our dog - family and balance are core values that I carry into how I run my business every day.

Giving back to the community is a big part of who I am. My agency proudly supports organizations like the Salvation Army, St. Jude, and the Shriners Club. We also sponsor the local high school football team and are active supporters of our local church.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Anthony Sposito - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
