Maintenance Technician

When you join RadNet as a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance tasks, replacing lights, filters, etc. Perform minor fixes, such as repairing damaged walls, painting and patching throughout the centers Work with tools, including hand and electrical tools Install appliances and equipment as needed Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues Maintain grounds by collecting trash, window cleaning and pest control Ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner to avoid accidents Replace or repair lockers and cabinets Replace or repair doors, including changing of locks and keys Replace ceiling tiles and light fixtures Perform minor flooring repair Move small equipment like desks, computers, refrigerators, and microwaves Mount various items, signs and artwork Data network cabling and repair under the supervision of IT Perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks Relocation of office furniture and equipment Deliver equipment and supplies as well as site clean-up Upkeep of all company vehicles and maintenance of tools If You Are Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgment and an ability to remain professional in all situations Demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues Have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have Valid Driver’s license, in good standing High School Diploma or equivalency At least 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance Must be prepared to complete assigned tasks after hours or weekends to not interfere with operations Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We Offer Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision coverages Health Savings Accounts with employer funding Wellness dollars 401(k) Employer Match Free services at any of our imaging centers for you and your immediate family Pay Range : $14.00- $20.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr RadNet
