Your Full Spectrum Leadership style fosters ownership, accountability, and innovative problem solving across diverse programs.Further Information About This OpportunityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications:Experience with tools and drilling, fastener installation and systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment. - Managing business metrics to drive performance (Quality, Schedule, and Cost). - Working knowledge of crew planning, line balancing, and project management. - Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, and Power BI)Desired Skills:- Previous leadership experience- Experience with tools and processes involving large assembly fixtures, drilling, fastening including complex assemblies and systems- Experience in manufacturing/productions methodologies relating to structural and mechanical assemblies. - Excellent communication skills.- Experience with Solumina, SFM, and/or SAP systems. - Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and application. - Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.Clearance Level: NoneOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
