No sewing experience? No problem! We are looking for someone with great communication skills, solid computer basics, and a strong work ethic. Full training on company software will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Guide the Team: Work side-by-side with workers on the floor to keep production moving and hit daily goals set by the Supervisor.

• System Tracking: Use internal computer systems to log daily metrics, review work orders, and track progress (training provided).

• bilingual Support: Translate instructions, safety guidelines, and updates between English and Spanish-speaking team members.

• Support Onboarding: Help train new hires on floor processes and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• bilingual Required: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
