This position is ideal for an engineering professional with a strong background in commercial HVAC controls systems design and engineering. The role offers a combination of office-based engineering work and field support, providing a dynamic environment for experienced controls professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and engineer commercial HVAC controls systems for a variety of projects.Develop control system layouts, sequences of operation, and system specifications.Collaborate with customers, project teams, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.Provide engineering support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.Conduct site visits and field assessments as needed.Ensure projects meet customer requirements, industry standards, and performance expectations.Work EnvironmentApproximately 30-40% field work and 60-70% office work.Standard office hours are 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.Field schedules may vary based on customer needs; flexibility is required.Travel may be required throughout New Hampshire and Maine.Required QualificationsMinimum of 3-4 years of experience in the HVAC Controls industry.Strong engineering background with experience designing and engineering controls systems.Commercial HVAC experience is required.Experience with controls system design, programming concepts, and system integration.U.S. Citizenship is required.Why Join Loyal Source?Competitive pay starting at $47/hour.Long-term contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent employment.Opportunity to work on diverse commercial HVAC controls projects.Mix of office engineering and field-based project involvement.Loyal Source provides healthcare and technology solutions designed to improve outcomes and support mission-critical operations.
