The Fork Lift Reach Operator Bilingual plays a critical role in supporting warehouse operations by safely and efficiently operating reach forklifts to handle inventory. This position requires clear bilingual communication to coordinate with the warehouse team during regular day shifts, ensuring smooth loading and unloading processes and strict adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate reach forklifts to move and organize inventory within the warehouse
- Handle loading and unloading of materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Communicate bilingually with the warehouse team to coordinate tasks
- Support accurate inventory handling and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of forklift operation experience
- Forklift operator certification
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices
- Bilingual communication skills
- Experience with inventory management
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective team collaboration skills
- Good time management abilities
