Description - What Your Role Entails

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical lab tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and other essential disciplines-while adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for subsequent testing as necessary.
• Keep meticulous documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff members or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a tidy and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a relevant allied health field, complemented by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Attain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
