This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while partnering closely with operations, sales, and external stakeholders.## **What You'll Be Doing*** Perform quality control testing and sampling of aggregate products at production sites and customer locations.* Analyze test results, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings to support product quality and compliance.* Coordinate and oversee quality assurance activities while promoting adherence to testing standards and procedures.* Collaborate with operations and sales teams to address quality concerns and support customer satisfaction.* Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.## **What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated knowledge of aggregate testing methods, quality control practices, and regulatory requirements.* Ability to obtain and maintain relevant industry or state certifications as required.* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to use testing equipment, technology, and data management systems.* Effective communication and relationship-building skills for working with customers, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.* Self-motivated professional with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.## **Work Environment*** Work is performed in laboratory, quarry, plant, and outdoor job site environments.* Regular lifting, material sampling, standing, walking, and climbing may be required.* Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment is expected.* Occasional overtime and travel between operational and customer locations may be required.## **What We Offer*** Competitive base salary.* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.* Highly competitive benefits programs, including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits + Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) + AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance + Paid Bonding Leave, 15 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid HolidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled.
