Research Assistant

Job Location 187 Edinburgh St, On‑Site, Rochester, New York, United States of America, 14608 Compensation Compensation Range: $19.04 - $26.63 per hour Responsibilities Assist the project coordinator with recruitment. Track and schedule completion of online research batteries with participants. Support engagement of community advisory boards. Contribute to refinements to interventions as part of the multidisciplinary development team. Code and manage data. Schedule and track completion of surveys, interviews, and other online research batteries. Assist with participant recruitment for the study. Process, enter, and code qualitative and quantitative data. Contact participants and advisory board members to schedule meetings; maintain good relations and address any questions or concerns. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of relevant experience. Preferred: Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: 1–2 years of research experience working with human subjects. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail. Comfortable interacting with people of diverse backgrounds, including individuals with trauma histories and mental illness. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
