You'll work directly with senior leadership and gain hands-on experience across accounting, reporting, payroll, ERP systems, and business operations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Process payroll and maintain supporting documentation
• Assist in preparing financial reports and operational reporting packages
• Support audit requests, compliance initiatives, and banking reviews
• Help improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Partner with multiple departments to ensure smooth business operations
• Contribute to an upcoming ERP and business systems implementation

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of accounting experience
• Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations
• Familiarity with financial reporting and month-end close activities
• Background in AP, AR, and payroll functions
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred

This is a Permanent position based out of Hainesport, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
