Human Resources Manager $95-115K

Executive Search Placement is partnering with a well-established, award-winning Financial Services Firm in Las Vegas who is looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead HR across employee relations, benefits, recruitment and training. This is a great fit for an HR leader who has led a small team; thrives on building a high-performance, people-first culture and equally comfortable driving strategy and rolling up their sleeves on day-to-day HR operations.

Compensation ranges $95-115K plus an excellent benefits package including company paid medical, dental and eye insurance, a matching 401K plan, generous PTO & holidays - and a hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office/2 remote

Responsibilities

• Manage HR team members across HR, Recruitment, and Training & Development
• Lead HR initiatives to boost engagement, retention, and satisfaction across benefits, recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and training
• Act as a business partner to leadership on workforce planning, compliance, and talent development
• Coach managers on performance issues, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution
• Deliver and facilitate HR training, including new hire onboarding and compliance training
• Oversee performance review a dministration and tracking
• Manage third-party HR vendor relationships and outsourcing partners
• Manage benefits strategy and administration & including open enrollment
• Oversee all leave of absence cases (ADA, FMLA, STD) ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Conduct internal investigations related to employee complaints and workplace concerns
• Maintain documentation and ensure consistent application of policies and disciplinary action
• E nsure compliance with regulatory requirements related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
• Oversee HRIS data accuracy and reporting, supporting workforce analytics and compliance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role
• 5–7 years working within HRIS systems (Paycom, ADP, or Workday)
• Proven experience in benefits administration, employee relations, investigations, and ADA/FMLA/LOA management
• Deep knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and industry best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
