Case Info

The patient is a 6 year old female with a G-tube. She is mobile, verbal, and full of energy. Her primary diagnosis is Chronic Lung Disease and Severe Asthma.

She loves being outside, going for walks, dancing, and singing. APT by Bruno Mars, Golden from KPOP Demon Hunter and Bloody Mary by Lady Gaga are some of her favorite songs.

Instead of juggling multiple patients, alarms, and constant interruptions, you provide dedicated, one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and use your clinical judgment with confidence.

In this role, you'll care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs while building consistent relationships with both the child and their family. Requirements

• Current, active Florida RN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
