Base Pay Range $19.00/hr – $21.00/hr Contact Center Agent We are looking for a Contact Center Agent to join our family. Responsibilities Answer all incoming telephone calls. Schedule appointments. Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual. Support patients and families in self‑management, self‑efficacy, and behavior change while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement. Qualifications High school graduation or equivalent. One year of general office or Call Center experience. Must become credentialed through the Salud Career Ladder program within the specified timeframe. Bilingual (English‑Spanish) preferred. Knowledge of multi‑line phones. Ability to determine an emergency situation and take appropriate action. Sensitivity to indigent and ethnic minority communities. Effective written or oral communication skills.
