Family Law Paralegal — Hybrid (Mt. Laurel)

Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group is hiring an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). What You’ll Find At WLG Two attorneys per paralegal, with paralegal colleagues who back each other up on PTO and through challenging cases. Pay that reflects your experience plus year‑end bonus and annual raises. Real hybrid flexibility – 3 days in office, 2 days remote. A reasonable workload – annual billable target of 495 hours per year, structured so paralegals do thorough work within a manageable work week. 18 years of stability as New Jersey’s largest dedicated family law firm. Day‑to‑day Responsibilities Facilitate a positive client experience. Draft pleadings, interrogatories, subpoenas, affidavits, and correspondence. Prepare cases for trial – exhibits, witness coordination, motions, logistics. File court documents through NJ e‑filing systems and maintain case files. Manage attorney calendars: deadlines, court appearances, client meetings. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff. Provide administrative support: keep electronic and paper files meticulously organized, ensuring all case materials are efficiently managed and accessible. Requirements 2+ years of NJ family law paralegal experience (required). Working knowledge of CIS (Case Information Statement) software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams. Strong drafting, organization, and time‑management skills. Calm, professional communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Paralegal certificate preferred but not required. Spanish fluency a plus, not a requirement. Compensation and Benefits $55,000–$80,000 annual salary. Year‑end bonus and annual raises. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
