Overview Job Description We are hiring an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our Team with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Drafting pleadings, interrogatories, subpoenas, affidavits, and correspondence Preparing cases for trial - exhibits, witness coordination, motions, logistics Filing court documents through NJ e-filing systems and maintaining case files Managing attorney calendars: deadlines, court appearances, client meetings Communicating professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff Provide Administrative Support: Keep electronic and paper files meticulously organized, ensuring all case materials are efficiently managed and accessible Requirements 2+ years of NJ family law paralegal experience (required) Working knowledge of CIS (Case Information Statement) software Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams Strong drafting, organization, and time management skills Calm, professional communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Paralegal certificate preferred but not required Spanish fluency a plus, not a requirement Compensation And Benefits $55,000-$80,000 annual salary Year-end bonus and annual raises Health insurance, Dental and Vision Retirement plan with employer match $50,000 of employer-paid life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Synectics Inc.
